Gateway Health operates headspace Albury Wodonga and headspace Wangaratta satellite site.

You can learn about mental health and wellbeing through headspace.

If you need more support we can put you in touch with someone who can help with:

  • life issues (eg. relationships, sex, gender and bullying)
  • alcohol and other drugs
  • health and wellbeing (tips for maintaining your mental health)
  • work and study
  • resources for Aboriginal young people.

Support is available face-to-face, online, or over the phone.

Friends and family can also find information and services to support a young person who is going through a tough time.

headspace is a free service available for anyone from 12 to 25 years old.

headspace Albury Wodonga has a ‘no wrong door’ referral policy; what that means is that there is no ‘wrong’ way for you to refer to us. You can walk in, call us, email us, or fill out a Referral Form
