RASP is a post-withdrawal, non-residential, harm reduction group program. It is an evidence-based intervention, primarily focusing on changing addictive behaviours.

SMART is a free group program assisting people with any problematic behaviours, including drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, gambling, food, shopping, the internet and others.
