Weight and Strength Program (WASP)

This program offers a gentle form of weight exercise suitable for all ability levels in a friendly social atmosphere.

Who: Available to anyone.
Note: There is a pre-exercise screening check which may indicate whether a medical clearance is needed to participate.
When: Wednesdays - The first session is 9.30am to 10.30am and the second session is 11am to 12pm.
Where: Gateway Health Myrtleford - 32 Smith Street
Cost: The cost is $7.50 per session.

  • Improve control of diabetes and depression
