Fit Mates

Fit Mates is a program for men that provides an opportunity to exercise, be social and gain confidence using gym equipment.

Who: This group is for men only - under and over 65 years.
Please note that there are eligibility checks required to join this group.
When: Mondays at 9am
Tuesdays at 9am
Thursdays at 9am and 10:30am
Where: Gateway Health - Wangaratta
Cost: The cost of the program is $7.50.
