Family Connections

The Family Connections program provides universal family support for families in the Albury area caring for children up to 8 years old and expectant parents.

We work directly with families to provide them with referrals and access to services to support them with parenting.

Access

This is a free program for families with at least one child aged 8 years or younger.

The service operates from Gateway Health in Wodonga and we provide outreach support for families living in Albury.
