Supporting young parents to build thriving families
Connecting Young Parents is a free, community-based program for parents or soon-to-be parents aged 25 years or under. It offers a safe, welcoming and supportive space to meet others, build connections, and gain confidence in your parenting journey.
Delivered by qualified and experienced facilitators, the program provides early intervention and prevention support aimed at improving child development, strengthening parenting capacity, and reducing social isolation.
