Fees
Bulk billing eligibility
If you are 16 years and under or you hold an eligible concession (including DVA) or health care card your appointment will be bulk billed.
If you are over the age of 16 and do not hold an eligible concession or health care card you will be charged a gap fee for all appointments. At the end of your appointment, we will charge the full appointment fee listed below to your credit or debit card. We can then process your Medicare rebate straight away.
Short consultation (less than 6 minutes)
Full fee = $42.60
Medicare rebate = $19.60
Out-of-pocket = $23.00
Standard consultation
Full fee = $77.85
Medicare rebate = $42.85
Out-of-pocket = $35.00
Long consultation (more than 20 minutes)
Full fee = $127.90
Medicare rebate = $82.90
Out-of-pocket = $45.00
Prolonged consultation (at least 40 minutes)
Full fee = $167.15
Medicare rebate = $122.15
Out-of-pocket = $45.00

A fee of $20 will be charged if you fail to attend your appointment or cancel less than two hours before your appointment.
This fee is to be paid in full before you are able to book future appointments in our practice.
Pension/Concession cardholder
Payment of $200 is required on the day
Medicare rebate = $150
Out-of-pocket = $50
Non-pension/concession cardholder
Payment of $300 is required on the day
Medicare rebate = $150
Out-of-pocket = $150
Upfront payment of $250 on the day of your appointment – This is not claimable from Medicare.

The building has front and rear entrances.
A large public car park with 2-hour parking is at the rear of the building, accessible from both Hume Street and Lawrence Street.
One-hour parking is also available on High Street in front of the building.
Disabled parking is available at the front and rear of the building. A wheelchair is available from reception for use by those with limited mobility.
Yes. We do not share individual client/patient information with outside organisations or even anyone within our organisation who does not need to know.
