We know it can sometimes be hard to find the health information and support you need. So at Gateway Health, we are working to make it easier for you.

We have now launched our new website, redesigned from the ground up to provide information that is clear and simple and easier to find.

We have added extra features to help people who can find it hard to get all the information and support they need. This includes help for people who don’t speak English as their first language, people with visual impairments, and people with other reading difficulties.

In case you are not sure where to find the service you want we have added a Services A to Z listing and improved the “Search” at the top of the site.

As well as all our services, the new website provides links to other reliable sources of health information and advice, including videos. And we have included links to general information on health and healthy living.

It’s now easier to book appointments online with a doctor at one of our medical practices. Go to the Wangaratta Medical Practice or Wodonga Medical Practice page and you can see availability and make a booking straight away.

Telehealth offers an easy way to connect with Gateway Health practitioners and we have made it easier to find information about telehealth and how to attend an appointment by video call.

At Gateway Health we also understand that social media is becoming an important way to engage and stay up to date on what’s happening. We are working to provide more information across our Gateway Health channels. You can find the buttons to connect with us on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube in the footer of our site.

And you might notice Gateway Health has had a makeover! We have a new logo, colours and design to help us present our information. We hope our new look helps us to stand out, becoming more visible and recognisable.
