Antenatal & Postnatal Journey Maps – Case Study (2020)

Gateway Health and Northeast Health Wangaratta reviewed the local pregnancy journey for expectant mothers, as well as the local breastfeeding rates. As a result of findings, new resources were developed including pregnancy and breastfeeding journey maps.
