Tai Chi for Health – Moyhu

Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that is relaxed and slow in tempo.
It is designed to increase flexibility, build muscle strength, help with pain, improve balance and improve mood.
The cost is $10 per session or $5 if eligible for subsidies.
