This plan builds on achievements and learning from the 2020-2023 Strategic Plan and draws upon the knowledge and priorities outlined in Gateway Health’s Service Plan 2019-2029.
The priorities outlined in this plan are informed by the thoughts, ideas and experience of our staff, clients, stakeholders and Board.
We would like to acknowledge and thank our clients and community members who participated in focus groups, and representatives from a range of organisations who participated in interviews. Your wisdom, experience and hopes for the future of our organisation and the communities we serve, lie at the heart of this plan.
