The centre is open for all ages and backgrounds. We provide a safe place for people to get free information, resources and confidential support. We can help to navigate the mental health and substance use systems. We can provide practical and financial support to make things a little easier.

Carer Peer Workers use their carer experiences to provide emotional and social support to another person. They listen and offer confidential support in a respectful, non-clinical and non-judgmental way.

Access

If you are supporting someone living with mental health or substance use challenges then we can help.

You are a carer if you:

  • Are a family member, partner, kin, friend, or a supporter;
  • Help someone stay connected to their community;
  • Support them to stay active, eat well, and go to appointments; or,
  • A listening ear on the end of the phone.

Helping and supporting those we care about, no matter the size of the task, can impact our mental, physical, and financial health.

We are here to help.

No referral required.
