Bladder Health Program – Bright

Do you or does someone you know need help with their bladder?

Bladder weakness is not a normal part of ageing and it is treatable!

Note, this is the first session of the three-week self-management program includes the following.

• Explore the issues that may influence our bladder and bowel health
• Discuss strategies to improve bladder and bowel health
• Investigate diets to improve continence
• Learn pelvic floor exercises
• Understand how medications can influence bladder and bowel function
• Gain an awareness of falls prevention tips for the home environment
• Learn about products available to assist with continence management

Who is this program for?

• Men and women
• Anyone with continence problems
• Families and carers

The program is $30 which includes:

• Guest speakers;
• Refreshments;
• Resources; and,
• Follow up pelvic floor scan clinic.
