Bladder Health Program – Benalla

Bladder weakness is not a normal part of ageing and it is treatable.

this 3-week program will help you:

• Understand and manage bladder and bowel issues
• learn pelvic floor exercises.

• Monday September 23, 1pm – 3:30pm
• Monday September 30, 1pm – 3:30pm
• Monday October 7, 1pm – 3:30pm
