headspace Albury Wodonga invites the community to join in celebrating headspace Day on Friday, October 25 at The Cube Wodonga with an exciting outdoor cinema event. This year’s headspace Day theme, Pause, Reflect, Reconnect, encourages young people to take time for their mental health and connect with supportive networks.

The event will feature a special screening of the family film Christopher Robin, a heartwarming story that reminds us of the importance of pausing from life’s busyness, reconnecting with our inner child, and cherishing the connections that keep us grounded—all of which aligns perfectly with this year’s headspace Day theme.

In addition to the movie, attendees will enjoy a range of youth-friendly activities organised by the headspace Albury Wodonga Youth Reference Group. Food and drinks will be available, with popcorn for a gold coin donation, helping raise funds for future youth mental health initiatives.

“We’re excited to host this fun and meaningful event as part of headspace Day. The theme ‘Pause, Reflect, Reconnect’ is such an important reminder for young people to take a moment for themselves and their mental wellbeing. This event offers a great chance to relax, connect with peers, and reflect on the importance of mental health, which is at the heart of everything we do at headspace,” headspace Albury Wodonga Team Leader Katie Shalevski said.

The event is free and open to all, with youth-focused organisations participating to provide information and support for mental health and wellbeing. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs or picnic rugs to settle in for a cozy evening under the stars.

Come along for an evening of connection, reflection, and relaxation—and don’t miss this opportunity to engage with headspace and the local community in a fun, supportive environment.

The event kicks off at 6pm.
