We have been providing a wide range of health services and supports to people with disability and mental health issues, their families and carers for over 25 years. We have experience, skills and great knowledge of local services and networks.

Our skilled and experienced staff can provide assessments and interventions to assist you to increase or maintain function and independence.

Gateway Health charges all NDIS supports and services at the rates published in the NDIS Price Guide. We will change our prices in response to any changes in the price guide. Some group activities may incur out-of-pocket expenses for the participant. These will be explained as part of the development of service agreements.
Yes. We have a number of staff who are skilled and experienced in working with people with psychosocial disabilities, including allied health workers, support coordinators and our recovery coaches – who are also lived experience workers.

Yes. Supports that are currently available for children include support coordination and some allied health therapy supports. Ask our friendly staff for details.
Many of our services and supports can be provided to towns and regions across North East Victoria and Southern NSW, but not all services and supports are available in all areas. Contact our friendly staff to find out if the support you want is available where you live.
We are able to provide you with a limited choice of workers – including support coordinators, recovery coaches and some allied health staff. We may not be able to accommodate all requests – this depends on staff availability.
