NDIS
Gateway Health is your local, trusted, registered NDIS provider - supporting eligible people with a disability.
All Australians with disability have access to a range of government services including education, health, employment, justice and family support.
We have been providing a wide range of health services and supports to people with disability and mental health issues, their families and carers for over 25 years. We have experience, skills and great knowledge of local services and networks.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is about you choosing the right supports and services for you.
We can help you with the following supports:
Therapy supports
We offer therapy supports from a range of allied health professionals including:
- Occupational therapy
- Physiotherapy
- Speech pathology
- Dietetics and nutrition
- Podiatry
- Continence nursing
- District nursing
Our skilled and experienced staff can provide assessments and interventions to assist you to increase or maintain function and independence.
Not all services are available in all areas, so please contact our friendly staff to find out what services are offered where you live.
