There are many ways you can access our services.

When you contact us we will help you identify which of our many services will best meet your needs.

To ensure everyone has fair access, our intake staff will get some details from you first and then link you with the most appropriate service.

In some cases, we might need to place you on a waiting list or offer you alternative options such as support groups or group sessions. We do our best to prioritise each case according to need.

We will work with you to make sure you get the support you need. We can also refer you to another service outside of Gateway Health if appropriate.
