Outdoor Fitness Equipment classes – Porepunkah

Gateway Health and Alpine Health, in collaboration with the Active Alpine Group, are offering free outdoor exercise classes at the fitness equipment sites in Myrtleford and Porepunkah.

These classes are a great opportunity to get active and learn how to use the new equipment.

Myrtleford (Apex Park)
Wednesdays, October 30, November 6, 13 and 20
9.30am to 10.30am

Porepunkah (Riverside Park)
Mondays, November 11, 18, 25 and December 2
9am to 10am
