Participants in this program are mostly older people (over 65 years old), and the majority are supported with Commonwealth Home Support Programme funding (CHSP).
Access
To access ARC as a CHSP subsidised service – Request an assessment and referral from My Aged Care.
You can also access subsidised services through the Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC PYP), NDIS, and other fee-for-service arrangements (eg. Home Care Package and NDIS package arrangements).
If you receive subsidised fees through CHSP or HACC PYP there will only be a small fee charged for attendance at the program.
Transport assistance is also available for a small fee.
There is a current wait time to access most groups. This can be discussed during the intake process, once your referral has been received.
