DESCRIPTION:Do you or does someone you know need help with their bladder? \nBladder weakness is not a normal part of ageing and it is treatable! \nNote\, this is the first session of the three-week self-management program includes the following. \n\nExplore the issues that may influence our bladder and bowel health\nDiscuss strategies to improve bladder and bowel health\nInvestigate diets to improve continence\nLearn pelvic floor exercises\nUnderstand how medications can influence bladder and bowel function\nGain an awareness of falls prevention tips for the home environment\nLearn about products available to assist with continence management\n\nWho is this program for? \n\nMen and women\nAnyone with continence problems\nFamilies and carers\n\nThe program is $30 which includes: \n\nGuest speakers;\nRefreshments;\nResources; and\,\nFollow up pelvic floor scan clinic.\n\nContact Gateway Health to book your spot.
