Community paramedics use their expertise\, knowledge and skills to conduct health assessments and provide health advice. They can help you improve your health. \nAt a CP@clinic\, a community paramedic will: \n\nAsk some questions about your health;\nReview your medications;\nTake your blood pressure;\nAsk you to do a walking test;\nGive you health advice and information;\nSet health goals with you; and\,\nConnect you with your primary care provider and other community resources.\n\nAll personal information is kept private and confidential. It will not be shared with anyone or any community services without your consent.
