The organisation delivers a broad range of primary health services.  We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our organisation in the following position:

NDIS Participant Engagement Officer

The NDIS Participant Engagement Officer (PEO) role facilitates smooth and efficient access to the suite of programs and services offered by Gateway Health under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Gateway Health is registered to provide a range of NDIS services in NSW and Victoria and has many years of experience in providing a range of high quality, person-centred services to people with disabilities and mental health issues.

The PEO will be the first point of contact for NDIS participants, families, or Support Coordinators who are seeking information about Gateway Health services, or who have chosen Gateway Health to provide services for them under their NDIS plan.

The PEO will provide information about the suite of Gateway Health NDIS and mainstream services available, and will then work with the participant, their family/carer and/or Support Coordinator to design an individualised Service Agreement and facilitate their engagement with Gateway Health.
