The Counselling and Support Team are currentkly seeking someone to provide intensive case management for clients of the Men’s Behaviour Change Program (MBC). The MBC is designed to enhance the safety of women and children by assisting perpetrators of family violence to change their behaviour. This role involves the range of case management processes including but not limited to intake, assessments, case planning, and maintaining engagement with clients while waiting to begin the MBC Group program. The MBC Case Manager will also participate in post-group follow-up work with clients.
