We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our organisation in the following position:
Coordinator Communications - Upper Hume Primary Care Partnership (UHPCP)

The UHPCP Coordinator – Communications is responsible for:
- Working within the context of the UHPCP Communications Strategy
- Supporting the production of external communication documents including but not limited to, invitations; flyers; poster presentations; and marketing materials
- Maintenance and update of the UHPCP newsletter, webpage and facebook page
- Supporting the logistics and organisation of major UHPCP events including the Annual UHPCP Member’s Forum
- Supporting media opportunities
This will be achieved by working closely with UH PCP staff and member organisations
Travel will be required to meet the local commitments of this position.
